Brandi Chapman - Physical Therapy Tech / Front Office Assistant

Brandie is very versatile and always willing to lend a helping hand. She enjoys helping our patients with their recovery from surgeries and/or injuries.  She has been a valuable employee for 6 years.

Melanie Nix - Front Desk Receptionist / Medical Records Clerk

Melanie is very outgoing and personable.  She enjoys working with people and always welcomes you with a smile.  Melanie works the front desk and also is in charge of all medical records.  Melanie has been with Orthopedic Associates for four years.

April Thompson - Front Desk Receptionist / Billing Clerk

April handles your appointments for care and followup and assists with billing for the doctors.

Kim Booth - Billing Clerk

Kim takes care of all the billing for the doctors and is the first step toward relations with the insurance companies.

An AHS graduate with a background that includes military service, family practice as well as emergency medicine, Joe came to work for Dr. McDonough as Physician Assistant back in 2001.  He enjoys golf, cooking, watching the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with his wife Jenny and their two dogs.
